Shipping Costs + Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 8 pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on country location .

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at customer service contact@bottlebottle.com.

International Shipping

Note:At the moment, we only ship to the United States.

We ship international orders through Local shipping company.Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays .

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to the global pandemic USPS, UPS, and FedEx may experience intermittent issues increasing shipping and handling. We do everything possible to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, and appreciate your patience.

 

Note

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
  • International orders can be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.
